Refund Policy

Credit Packs

• Unused credits from credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided no credits have been used.
• Once any credit from a pack has been used, the pack is non-refundable.
• Unused credits expire 12 months after the purchase date.

Pro Monthly Subscription

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account or by contacting us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days.

Failed Generations

If a generation request fails due to a technical error on our end, the credit is automatically refunded to your account. No manual refund request is needed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@get-chinesename.shop with your account email and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.
